Visit the WIDE Framework
A joint project between AHEAD and Employers for Change, the Widening Inclusion of Disability in Employment - WIDE Framework is an evidence-based framework supporting organisations to hire, retain, and promote more disabled people and create a more inclusive workplace. It has been developed over the last two years and is based on an international literature review and significant consultation with:
- Disabled people
- Employers
- DPOs, NGOs and national employment organisations
The development of WIDE was funded by the Department of Social Protection.
